Recommended Use

Adults can take one to six capsules per day depending on the stress level expected or being experienced. Most clinicians report they recommend taking two or three in the morning before breakfast and two or three mid-afternoon, depending on the stress level.

Capsules for Children

Take one to six capsules per day depending on the weight of the individual. Studies have not included children younger than six years old.
